Please find below images of People First's July timetable for young people with learning difficulties and/or autism in West and North Cumbria. There is no complicated referral process and the young person does not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
They've got lots going on at the Carnegie in Workington, as well as a youth social in Carlisle and a free trip to the Aquarium in Maryport (available to everyone).
